I was a geek and made straight A's with an occasional B thrown in for good measure and no it was not in gym!!

Anyway here we go again, Daniel Beatty makes the honor roll again...

Central Dauphin High School Honor Roll - Grade 12 -- Daniel Beatty, Nicole Becker, Katie Berkowitz, Jessica Bottiglier, Kaitlin Brennanm, Michael Cheslock, Rachel Christensen, Megan Davies, Evan Dearmitt ...

There it is again Daniel Beatty on the honor roll. Now the question seems what does this gain a person? Does the honor roll actually mean anything? OK it is acknowledgment for being an A/B student but for someone who is always on the honor roll is it truly an accomplishment? My one son is always on the honor roll it means nothing to him. The other one appears that he will also be doing the same what will it mean to him? Since I have always been on the honor roll it may have less meaning for me but how about for someone that struggles with school?

How about a person that really really puts forth a great effort and is able to accomplish getting all A's and B's does it mean more to them? I would have to think that it definitely would mean more, especially to the parents and to the teachers. It would show that this child can accomplish goals, that the child is capable of succeeding at something he/she puts their mind to. It would be a good feather in that students cap. So Daniel Beatty if you are one of those students that struggled hard to accomplish the feat of being on the honor roll your senior year of high school - congratulations!

Daniel Beatty Arrested!!!

Daniel Beatty was arrested in 1893 by the federal government on mail fraud charges!

Here is the New York Times story from Wednesday June 9, 1893 - His Organs Cause Trouble

Interesting to read an article from that time...It gives a description of Daniel Beatty. Here's the quote from the story -

Mr Beatty appeared very nervous and excited when in Commissioner Shield's office yesterday. He is a tall, heavily built man, with a shining bald head, and a heavy red beard which he parts in the middle. He has little twinkling bluish-gray eyes, and stammers when he tries to talk fast. His black frock coat looked shiny yesterday, and his general appearance was that of a man somewhat run to seed.

Did they actually say he had a shining bald head?!? LMAO! I can see why pictures are now favored in news stories to avoid lawsuits of offense. It is amazing that you will find other people with your name and some more famous than you.

This site is devoted to the name Daniel Beatty, which is my name. I know I might seem rather stuck on myself but I am an internet marketer and so I think that when you type in my name I should be the first one at the top of Google. Unfortunately I am not, who is? A semi-famous black comedian - who I might add does have a funny YouTube video - of course named Daniel Beaty (not even spelled the same!). My first listing is number 9! Ahead of me is of course the comedian, and then a photographer who owns http://www.danielbeatty.com , then an online resume of a corporate exec named dan beatty of http://www.danbeatty.com. Then you will find my website - http://www.evetclinic.com

So the objective of this site is to promote myself and I am going to do this in an interesting way. I am going to promote the name Daniel Beatty to which then you will find the links to all of my sites and in the meantime you will find some good information about all the Daniel Beattys that are on the internet!

Now the one thing that I am very proud of is that all you have to do is type in Daniel Beatty and add DVM behind it and I am the first 4 pages of Google...LOL. Now that is controlling a keyword!

Daniel Beatty Biography

From the West Coast to the East Coast, up into Canada and in his own backyard, international presenter Dr. Daniel Beatty (Dr. Dan) has been on a quest for the past 12 years to find the best of the best horse & dog health information. Recently he has been using the vastness of the internet to teach dog and horse lovers how to better care for their companions, along with teleseminars, and professional speaking engagements.

Daniel Beatty grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago to a lower middle class family of 6. Lets skip the third person garbage you know who is writing this... I had 2 brothers and a sister, both my parents worked to make ends meet and since I was the oldest I got to babysit my younger siblings after school. I graduated from Lincoln-Way High School and went to Joliet Junior College for two years before I applied to the University of Illinois in Champaign. I finished 6 more years of school there 2 in animal science before making it into veterinary school, which was the other 4 years, graduating with a doctor of veterinary medicine degree in 1996.

Right after vet school I worked as a large animal veterinarian with farm animals as well as horses. I also immediately went back to school at the Options for Animals Course to learn animal chiropractics. The rest of the story seems like a blur. I have worked with companies such as Prestige Saddlery and Schleese Saddlery, the nurition company Advanced Biological Concepts, and have worked side by side with Dino Frettard, equine bodyworker. I have helped and learned from a couple of the best equine dentists in the country - Spencer LeFleur and Lance Rubin. I was at the founding meeting of the International Allaince for Animal therapy and Healing in which I spent time with some of the biggest names in holistic animal therapies - such as Linda Tellington-Jones, Mimi Porter, Mary Ann Simonds, and others.

My clients have big names as well - In the Saddlebred World I have worked with the Durants at Bellview Acres, in the Tennesse Walking Horse world I have and still do work with Cathy Stoops, in Dressage Jerry Schwartz, In Sport Horses Tori Hollis and Bobbie Josephs, in Arabians and Saddle Seat Arabian Knights Farm and Lori Foster. In the dog agility world I have worked with and still do some equally large names such as Dana Pike, Sherry Kluever and Kelly Garver.

So why all the name dropping in the two above paragraphs? Because if I can you can. Did you read my first paragraph - Daniel Beatty - a no one from some small suburb of Chicago who had no friends because he was a nerd, a geek and had to watch his brothers and sisters! Look who I have met, connected with, worked with and worked for! So I say again if I can you can. Also the name dropping helps to show my feelings that my biggest accomplishment has not been the big names that I have met but rather my family.

My family consists of my wife and 4 beautiful children. I have three boys and a baby girl that I am very proud of. I have a soccer player and brainiac (he is taking after me) and a swimmer who has a personality and talents beyond my comprehension and these are just the two that are old enough to go to school, I can't wait to see what comes next out of the other two. Life is so much different when you are living vicariously through your children. They are my biggest accomplishment and blow away all the names I could drop .

Daniel Beatty

Welcome to the Daniel Beatty Blog.

I am an infopreneur with a veterinary medicine degree.

So you might ask what is an infopreneur? Well an infopreneur is an individual in the business of selling and distributing information. I do this through the internet and professional speaking. Luckily for you I am in the habit of giving away a lot of information for FREE.

My areas of expertise are dog health and horse health, of course I am a veterinarian. However I also have expertise in entrepreneurial activities, especially how to take your college degree or other interest and make it a business, and all of the topics that go along with entrepreneurialism which includes self-promotion, self improvement, and self help and fitness.
